Thanks for your comment. I totally join your point of vew. If you want to loose weight with a « special Diet » you will get weight as soon as you stop this diet. Therefore, you must change your habits and life-style. I know personally changing habits is not really easy. I usually suggest my clients to change one thing after the other and thus introduce new habits. In Ayurveda, it’s important to stay happy. Ayurveda says if all your cells feel joy then you are healthy.
The dinacharya (routine) is the roots of wellness. We all need routine…except maybe people with a strong Vata constitution but even slowly-slowly they can make it. As we are all unique, then advices must be adapted to each person.
